Short Updates

Got my voting done shortly after the local polls opened. In an hour school will be starting and congestion would be much more difficult. 06:31am

According to Weather Underground it is 53°F back home in Milford now. I'm betting news media mentions how temps improved voter turnout. 01:38pm

I installed my ScanGauge before commuting into work this morning. Cool gadget for those who like to know what is going on behind the scenes. 01:39pm

I've heard some customers joke that their engine power goes down when it's installed. [because you become much more aware of fuel usage] ;-) 01:40pm

Drove direct from work to Bedford Panera Bread for a quick, light dinner and then to an Opus Dei Evening of Recollection. 08:08pm

On my way back Michelle told me that Claire had to leave at 7:30 to work on project with a classmate. It'll be a long, rough night for her. 08:09pm

Claire was overloaded with color guard, CCD, a lot of homework, and a project (that she did not procrastinate on) due tomorrow. 08:10pm

Michelle & I were commenting on how the media loves to extrapolate from just 12% of the precincts in. Guys, can we wait for 40-50% returns? 08:23pm

McCain declared GOP winner with only ~1 in 8 Republican votes counted!? I'm not saying he won't win, but you can get burned doing this. 08:30pm

Got my blood test results earlier. Reviewing diet changes for lowering cholesterol to see if any recommendations have changed in recent yrs. 08:49pm

What're the odds that tomorrow's media will call Hillary "The Comeback Kid" (part deux). I'd say about 100:1. And they'll think it clever. 09:00pm

Checking out a potential spot for a nearby family vacation: Purity Spring Lakeside Resort. (related link) Recommended by a friend. 09:09pm
