Short Updates

For the 1st time in days, I'm actually hungry. I'm hoping the queasiness of the past few days is gone. Had a bowl of cereal, taking it slow. 6:08am

Archiving the Army choir singing "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" for the Pope & President. (related link) (MP4 format/10.5MB) 6:11am

If you don't have an MP4 video player (like QuickTime) you can see it at YouTube. (related link) 6:12am

Cool! The Car Talk guys (Tom & Ray) are hosting the April 22nd Nova [Car of the future] (related link) "Oh TiVo..." 6:41am

Had the whole family in stitches showing them "Engineer's Guide to Cats" (related link) on YouTube via the Wii. 7:31am

Just back from Milford Golds. Michelle sub instructed this class. Although my stomach is better, my body wasn't firing on all cylinders yet. 10:39am

Going to spent the next couple of hours running the de-thatcher and lawn sweeper over the lawn and get out the winter cruft. 11:21am

Finished de-thatching and sweeping. Every year it's such a long ordeal. I'm glad it's only an annual thing. 5:16pm

Ah, all showered up and got rid of that yard work grungie-ness. Deciding whether to take the family out for dinner or do a take out meal. 5:45pm

Took all the children for dinner at Black Forest Cafe so that they could see where Michelle and I often go on date night. 7:15pm

We bought each of the kids a big cookie from the Black Forest Cafe bakery. Claire was generous and shared hers with Michelle and I tonight. 8:38pm

I'm very impressed. My folks drove from Coloma, Michigan to Greenfield, Massachusetts today. Road warriors! That's not far from us. 8:40pm
