Underpopulation ?!?

Paul Gallagher wrote a good article entitled, "Underpopulation? Not at My House". He gives a short historical overview of how small families are such a late 20th century phenomenon: starting with Margaret Sanger, the Anglican Lambeth Conference, Griswold vs Connecticut, and Roe Vs Wade.

We had a nice Thanksgiving. The boys have had streaming noses for over a week now. On one afternoon last week in a feat of real "twinness" they both threw up within about 3 minutes of each other. We had just cleaned up after one baby when the other decided to concur with his own actions. On the plus side they were much less cranky after that "purging" (ahem).

Michelle had to teach at the YMCA yesterday morning. The microphone was not working at all. Michelle had to speak loudly. It almost ruined her ability to correct the children for the rest of the afternoon. ;-)

Today my PC will be shipped to my sister. Yesterday it got all boxed up. This morning I have to go in, decide on a carrier, and pay the bill.

Starting tomorrow and going through the rest of the week I have other ARC AEs flying in to learn more about VAutomation products. Giving training always puts a serious damper on my ability to keep up with ordinary customer requests.

In case you didn't notice I added four more pictures to the Thanksgiving album . On one or two of the pictures I practiced the art of airbrushing to smooth out skin and eliminate blemishes. While it doesn't matter much for a 4x6s but the practice could come in handy down the road for future photos.

In the "I shall not covet" category, Nikon has announced their Coolpix 5000. 5 Megapixel, 3x optical zoom, 1/4000 shutter speed, and the ability to take short quicktime videos with audio. Currently way out of my price range, but maybe next year...
