There is an endless supply of people named Chris Thomas in Facebook. I was hoping to find an old co-worker from the late 1980's. Oh well. 6:00am

Nice commute in as New England starts transitioning out of summer. Enjoyed listening to Thomas Sowell's latest book. Gettin' near the end. 8:35am

Deleted my Rejaw.com account. Cool service, really. But hardly anybody I know is there and it's just one more service to monitor. sigh 8:36am

Got a clever phishing email pretending to be a request for payment from Google Adwords. Only when you view source do you see the trickery. 8:44am

I'm very excited that McCain chose Palin. Weeks ago we saw her but thought it a longshot. 10:48am

Went with seven co-workers for a lazy "Labor Day weekend is almost here" lunch. Wrapping up my tasks for today. 1:29pm

Heading home to start the holiday weekend. Feeling like stopping for a St. Arbucks Banana Chocolate Vivanno along the way. Yum! 2:54pm

Ah! Had dinner before 5pm on a weeknight. C'est si bon! Welcome weekend. 4:46pm

On my commute home I finished Thomas Sowell's "Economic Facts & Fallacies" just as I saw the "Welcome to Milford" sign. Perfect timing. 5:00pm

All right! "[Ralph] Nader Qualifies For N.H.'s Presidential Ballot" (related link) My day is complete! ;-P 5:04pm

The Best Curt Jester pun since I've been following his tweets: (related link) 5:12pm

I didn't realize the Palin event occurred at the Nutter Center. It was built & opened during my time there at Wright State U. (grad school) 7:28pm

I think I've heard the mainstream media question experience more in the last six hours than in the last six months. Curious... 7:36pm

Finally listened to Palin's acceptance speech since I was busy at work when it happened. She did a great job. (related link) 9:51pm
