Pi Day! (3.14)

Posted by Scott at 11:59 PM

Good morning! Ready to start another work week? Claire took the bus to school this morning. I dropped Abby off at middle school and head into Boxborough. I offered up a set of Joyful Mysteries for the health of my mom and listened to Al Kresta the rest of the way. Al was interviewing Anne Hendershott who'd written an article for the WSJ entitled, "Catholic Hospitals vs. the Bishops: Administrators shop for theologians to support practices that conflict with church teachings". I've got my 3 sandboxes (WinXP, Win7, and Linux) all sync'd up with the weekend's changes and now to dig through the 58 emails that came over the weekend so I can do some "real work". 8:51am

Apple iPhone 4 clock bug strikes again. Really? Again?! 8:58am

See the image up closeI've been so caught up in work I didn't realize that today is Pi Day. Perhaps I'll have a slice after lunch at 1:59:27pm. ;-] 10:54am

Enjoying a slice of Apple Pi while reading the GPU benchmarks of the new iPad 2. <Vader>“Most impressive”.</Vader> 1:59pm

Google Maps Navigation for Android adds real-time traffic re-routing. It already did some, but they're beefing it up even more... 4:14pm

Left work a bit early. Called my dad to check on mom's tracheotomy recovery. Listened to Patrick Madrid's Open Line the rest of the commute. Went straight to Golds for the Step circuit class. Happy to still see residual sunlight when I left the gym. 7:07pm

Got the boys tucked in bed with their prayers. Doing some RCIA preparation and calling it a night. Good night all! 7:07pm
