Alto Sax
Good morning on this Feast of St. Monica. Some days Michelle feels like she can relate to Monica. I had a nice drive in this morning. There's barely a cloud in the sky and temps were in the 60's. I offered up the Joyful Mysteries for Michelle's continuing health. Michelle is taking the kids with her to the YMCA this morning as she teaches her Step & Abs class.
Wow! I know there is a phone called the Galaxy Nexus, but still: NASA set to launch cheap Android-based satellites with Nexus hardware later this year. Excerpt: “There's perhaps no better example of that "do more with less" mantra than the PhoneSat project, the goal of which is to build the lowest-cost and easiest to assemble satellites ever placed into orbit.” As I told Michelle, in the smart phone market our goal is to cram a lot of compute power into a small space while using a very small amount of power. Luckily that's also important to space exploration.

Finally got to the root cause of the bug at work, but had to leave before I could fully write it up. Left a bit early to catch a class at Golds. Listened to This Week in Tech #368 along the commute as they discussed the Apple - Samsung lawsuit. Once again I tried the "RIPPED" class at Golds. That class almost makes me nauseous. I know I've said it before, but I am not a fan of burpees/squat thrusts.
