Valiant Teddy Bears

Posted by Scott at 11:59 PM

Good morning! Feeling a bit groggy this morning. I guess I shouldn't be surprised after yesterday's busy day. Time to get going so I can get the kids to school. 6:23am

Dropped the kids off at their schools and listened to this CD from Fr. Barron on my drive in. He discusses the seven vices and their counter virtues, using Dante's Divine Comedy as a framework. Fr. Barron is always a great speaker! 8:40am

Ah, so that's why teddy bears are so important! Click to enlarge the photo. It was floating around on Google+ today as a popular share. 9:54am

The same media which is normally skeptical of anything written in the Bible is suddenly hyping a scrap of ancient parchment and inferring Jesus was married. Dan Brown (author of The DaVinci Code) would be proud. 10:17am

Went with the driver guys out to lunch at Not Your Average Joes. 1:05pm

Since I read "Zero Day" last year, I ordered the author's sequel, "Trojan Horse" to read. And for 99 cents I bought his short story: "Operation Desolation". 2:11pm

After struggling for a couple of days, finally got my newest project working. Left work around 6 o'clock. Listened to the rest of the morning CD on the way home. Again, excellent presentation! It gave me a lot of food for thought. 7:33pm

Qualcomm’s Adreno 320 Beats the NVIDIA Tegra 3 by 250% in GLBenchmark. 7:45pm

Said prayers with the children and sent the boys to bed. I'm going to do my study and then read a bit more of Sheed's Theology and Sanity. Good night all!

“So I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven;
hence, she has shown great love.
But the one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.”
