Funny as it may seem, I have not seen the inside of the home that we've committed to. Having been with Michelle on numerous house viewings, I trust that if she liked it, it must be nice. I'll get to see the inside on Tuesday when I go to the inspection. Yesterday we drove to the house because I didn't have a very good memory of what it looked like. I recalled that I liked it but I didn't remember many details because it was already under contract when we had first gone by to see it several weeks ago. As soon as we found that it was already under contract, I sort of "erased" it from my memory.
We met the wife and asked if she would mind if I took a few pictures from the outside. We also asked that she and her husband consider selling his riding mower to us. When you see the property, you'll understand why. She said she would talk to him about it.
I realize that most of my family has never seen Milford. It's a cute town, in many ways more New England-y than Nashua which is more commercially developed. You can go to the Milford homepage to get an overview. I particularly like the pictorial tour of downtown and the historic pictures. Also the local drive-in theatre is about a half mile from our house.
