As I wrote yesterday I had today off. I packed the four oldest kids up in the van this morning. After dropping Claire off at school I brought Abby and the twins over to the YMCA Kids Stop while I did a step class. With all the illnesses that were floating around the house, I hadn't been there in nearly two weeks. I pray that the kids didn't pick up any new virus' while there. On the way home I got them some lunch from Wendy's. Shortly after we got home the first stages of the snow fall began.
Once the boys were all put down to nap, I took Michelle out for some lunch at J. Beaners. Everything was delicious. I had a chili that was very tasty without making my lips feel like they're burning.
When we got back the NordicTrak repair guys came out. When they installed it last week, there was a minor problem with some screws not aligning right and stripping the threads. This afternoon we watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding on DVD. It was two thumbs up! Highly recommended.
Today is Timothy's two week birthday. It is also the half year anniversary of Chris and Katie's wedding. Congrats Chris and Katie. Six months wed and already working on your second home... At this rate... never mind.
Grandma is feeling significantly better today. I'm glad because I was reluctant to go to work tomorrow if grandma was still ill.
Of course with the way the snow is coming down this afternoon/evening, I may not get to work tomorrow until lunchtime anyway. We're supposed to get about a foot of snow tonight and it isn't supposed to stop until late tomorrow morning. It'll take me an hour or so to clear out the sidewalk and driveway. It's amazing how once you've lived here a while, getting a foot of snow doesn't seem that big a deal. Other parts of the country freak out with three or four inches.
Hey Scott- I am entering data for my research class. Our T.A. isn't here today so I am checking my email instead. tell mom to call me! Hope you are all getting healthy :)
