In less than a month Michelle will return to teaching step aerobics at the Merrimack YMCA. I mentioned to her this recent article about a Dominatrix-led aerobics class. She laughed and said her classes are not nearly as demanding. Actually I have been to a few of the 9:15AM classes she leads. I refer to her class as "Michelle and the turbo aerobi-mommies". It's full of moms who have just dropped their kids off at school and are looking to squeeze in a morning workout. Who else could attend a step class at that hour? Most of the rest of the adult world is at work.
