CSS - After a day of CSS 'naked-ness', I've re-enabled the CSS files and things are laid out properly again. The few times I visited the site yesterday, I felt like I was using the original Mosaic browser. Mosaic... anyone remember that? The browser that started it all? I remember when I first moved to New Hampshire and started at Sanders, Mosaic was "the officially supported web browser". The IT department did not want to support "that rogue Netscape" browser.
Piano - I picked up Claire from piano lessons last night. She has a new melody that will be one of two in her recital this summer. Like last year it is a duet where I'll play the bass portions of the song. Luckily I have several months to practice. I really will try to get some of Claire's piano songs online this weekend. Last weekend was so shot with taxes and yard work.
CCD - Tonight is the last night of real teaching for Michelle at CCD. There won't be class on Holy Thursday and the CCD session after Easter isn't a class setting. Rather, all classes will meet together in the church for a service of some sort. Michelle is relieved that her teaching responsibilities will soon be behind her. As pleasant a face as she tried to put on, she really would come home rather frayed. CCD teachers get even less support than real teachers. In most cases CCD teachers will teach one thing, but the domestic family life of many of the students completely undermines it. Since the parents don't live their faith, what is taught to the students seems like complete BS mumbo-jumbo that their parents are forcing them to sit through. It's quite frustrating for Michelle.
