Gina and her kids arrived Tuesday evening. They've had a busy time here.
Wednesday - The two families went to spend the day at Otter Lake at Greenfield State Park.
Thursday - Michelle had some meetings with the staff who will be teaching the boys this fall. Afterwards Gina and Michelle took the kids to the Milford pool to cool off.
Friday - The sisters were going to head to Davis Farmland but the weather looked too ominous. They opted to use gift certificates we had for Chuck E Cheese. In the afternoon when the rain hit its stride with a major downpour, they let the kids play outside. Stay tuned for video of that...
Saturday - Today all ten of us drove north to the lakes region to ride the M/S Mount Washington around Lake Winnipesaukee. Afterwards we had lunch at Bobby's Girl Diner. Tonight while we recovered from all the driving, I grabbed these photos from Gina's camera (which is the exact same model Nikon we use!). Enjoy!
Ok, what happened to Daniel's forehead?
Posted by: alyssa at July 29, 2006 11:17 PMHe hit his head against the bricks of the fireplace somehow. Michelle is really mystified because she was in the room with them not 15 seconds earlier. They were all laying on the floor on their made up 'beds'. Kind of like this photo:

She went into the kitchen to do something and suddenly Daniel lets out a loud cry.
A funny story: within five minutes of this accident Daniel was calm again with a bandage on his forehead. Later that evening Timothy had a ball that Daniel considered his. Mind you, we had five identical ones. We offered him another one but he wouldn't have anything to do with it. Timothy had HIS ball. THEN Daniel cried for over half an hour in protest. A gash to the head, he can get over -- but don't mess with his stuff!
