Another brisk NH autumn morning -- around 30°F. I'm working from home today... after I drop Claire off at school and go to morning Mass.
There's a huge Red Sox parade planned in Boston mid-day today. I'm a bit glad that I won't be driving on Boston area highways today.

Giving the furnace a trial run for the season. Ahh, smell that burning dust! We use the furnace at night when we shut the wood stoves off.
Michael's DS Lite is dying. We're giving him the one Michelle, Abby, & I use. Today a replacement one, a new red & black model, came for us.

From the "burning dust" smell to burning rubber. The vacuum burned a belt while Timothy was "helping". Together we got a replacement belt.
Taco Bell has just opened it's first restaurant in Mexico. Okay, but will they still use "make a run for the border" as their tagline? Hmm..
The firewall defaults in the newest Mac OS X makes me glad I wait a minor revision or two before upgrading. (related link)

Now that they're starting to read, Michael & Daniel are starting to re-discover things on their Leapsters. Been a while since they used 'em.

Michelle & I were pretty tired after getting the kids down to bed. We watched a quick episode of "Samantha Who" before calling it a night.
