16°F in southern NH this first day of Advent. Furnace has been on a lot last night. Time for the wood stoves to kick in and give it a break.
Michelle is panicked that tomorrow's weather (half a foot predicted) will cause a school snow day and half the neighborhood will be over...
Back from Mass and breakfast. Showed Claire the Vera-Ellen dance routines from "White Christmas". Soon shopping for the cousins' gifts.
The cats are pacing the house anxiously. Yo kitties, it is cold and snow is on its way. You DON'T want to go out there.
Listened to my 1st episode of the "Catholic Under the Hood" podcast. Subscribing... Listen for yourself. (related link)
Favorite T-shirt seen browsing online today: "I don't have a short attention span. I just... Oh, look a kitty!" (related link)
We took the kids to the Manchester McD's for dinner, their PlayPlace, and its air hockey table. The snow storm started as we were leaving.
I put Timothy to bed and now the rest are watching "The Santa Clause 3." It's looking more likely that schools will be cancelled tomorrow.
Our news tonite was all about the storms coming your way!
Any luck on t-shirts? We got Timothy's and Abby's. What else in addition can we get our godson Michael? A video game? Books? I know how he loves reading!
Oh, we watched the first Santa Clause movie tonite, after Godspell dress rehearsal.
Good luck with the snow!

Hi Lyss,
Yep, we're all set on the t-shirt purchases. CafePress has some good ones but be warned it is no WalMart or Target on pricing.
For Michael the Gameboy Advance versions of Kirby interest him. We've been put off buying them because they're pricey for a GBA game, especially one that is usually only available used. Our local GameStop wants to sell it 2nd hand for ~$40! If you can find it without spending that much, go ahead.
I'll look for it!
