Feeling "over the weather", ie. better. Grateful I never needed the bucket at my bedside. Listening to podcasts to pass time until morning.
Dropped Claire off at school. Took Michelle's van for its timing belt/water pump change. Dropped Timothy off at school.
Working from home. Michelle took my car & is sub'ing for a Step class at the local Golds. Our wood delivery should be in about an hour.
Enjoying article "Suffering From Facebook Fatigue?" at Time. (related link) I hate the silly third party apps on Facebook.
Four tons of wood for next winter was just dropped off in my garage. Later I need to redistribute/restack the 4th on top of the other three.
Found a picture from two years ago which demonstrates what it all looks like once I'm done restacking... (related link)
I stepped outside for a minute to grab the mail. Three words: Fab-U-Lous! 70°F, sunny, gentle breeze. New England really needs this!
Just did a fillup and came closer to the 700 club: 691 miles on one tank of fuel. Then Michelle helped me re-stack the wood.
Jingle scored his first kill of the season. Unfortunately it wasn't a mouse, but an unlucky bird. Cat! We aren't concerned about the birds!
Michelle's joking about how one can spend so much on preventative maintenance and not notice any difference.
"Ah, feel that new water pump." "Look how clean the transmission fluid is after a power flush." "How 'bout that timing belt..."
