Remnants of Ike are passing to our north but leaving us with a very muggy and windy day. Still it's better than what many areas suffered.
Dropped Claire and two friends off at school. Finished my conference call with Israel. Going to head to the gym for a morning class.
The good news: I took one of this gym's toughest cardio classes. The bad news: I didn't quite make it through. Better luck next time...
