Abby's Pictures
Photo Album - Today the weather was sunny, but not fun to be outside. It was cold and blustery. Somewhere in the mid-afternoon Abby started asking me to get the pictures out of her camera. I hadn't realized she had pictures the go back to mid-November. Since I had no place to go I pulled out my laptop, extracted pictures from her camera and mine. I only had a few pictures from Christmas eve, the rest of these pictures are hers.
Upgrade? Someday soon I'd like to get her a better point and shoot camera. Before they're retouched many of the pictures remind me of photos taken with a cameraphone. This eight year old Canon digital ELPH has a whopping 2 megapixels and often has the weirdest exposures and color casts to try to correct in Photoshop. We gave it to her to get her started in taking pictures. With today's technology even a simple digital camera in the $100-150 range would be a big step up. Ah well, someday... Heck, her birthday's only a few months away.
