Touched down in Manchester. Happy to be back in NH.
Happy to be waking up in my own bed and to see all of the kids again. Michelle & the girls went to drop the van off for new brake pads.
One thing I noticed while at Qualcomm. Lot's o' smartphones, but a complete absence of iPhones. Blackberrys, Treos, LG and Samsung feature phones. Hmmm. It wouldn't be because the iPhone isn't CMDA could it? Nahhh! ;-) [PS. No one used AT&T either...]
Back from Golds. Glad to be back to my workout routine. I swear it's warmer here than it was in San Diego this past week.
Michelle and I picked her van back up. Fresh brake pads and an oil change. It's better prepared for our trip to Michigan.
Took the family out for lunch downtown. It was nice to have a social meal out again, rather than eating alone at the hotel.
Engaged in a little marital "choreplay". Michelle cut my hair. Now I'm folding a large load of whites.
Forgot to mention. An old classic book arrived while I was away on travel: "Heliotropium". It sounds like a modern science fiction title, but it's not. (related link)
Just a week ago I looked for "Fool Moon" on Audible & it wasn't there. Now it is! (related link) There goes another credit.
Today has been my first day playing with Safari 4. [My MacBook sat unused all week...] Not bad. So far, it's been stable but I haven't played much with the new features yet. Perhaps tomorrow. Today I was too busy catching up on personal email and such.
A nice steady rain crossed into southern NH about 20 minutes ago. I'm hoping it helps pull more pollen out of the air because my allergy symptoms started to come back less than 24 hours after returning home.
