Good morning! Slept in the longest I have in years. Woke up to an 8:45am alarm. Showered and rushed over to Golds for a Saturday morning 9:15am class.
At the IMAX in Hookset about to see "Star Trek". This is my first time at this IMAX.
Enjoyed my 2nd viewing of "Star Trek". Last time was on the smaller screens at Chunky's. This time was with the large screen and awesome sound systems at an IMAX. Because the movie has been out a while, the theater seating was sparse and I was able to get a good seat near the center. Still just as awesome the 2nd time!
Although Claire will almost certainly roll her eyes at this one, I'm buying Amazon's 99 chants for 99 cents. (related link) It's a bahgin!
Watching "Clare and Francis" (related link) . It's almost 3 hours 20 minutes long! I'll probably stop in the middle to grab a bite to eat, but so far it's pretty good.
Ran to Subways for a $5 foot long. So far the day has stayed dry here on day 3 of the Novena of Rain, but judging by the skies, it doesn't look like it can hold out much longer. Back to my DVD...
Finished "Clare and Francis". It's akin to the endurance of watching Charlton Heston in The 10 Commandments. While it was good, I don't think my Claire would have the endurance for it unless she watched it over two nights.
