Good morning! Dropped the young adults off at middle school and caught today's Mass honoring St. Robert Bellarmine. Being a Jesuit saint, our pastor had to do a homily on him. ;-) Michelle is taking a Step class at Golds. I'm VPN'd in for the day. It is Claire Marie's 14th birthday. It was about this time 14 years ago I told Michelle that "I think these are genuine labor pains. We really should go in now."
Went with Michelle for lunch at Milford's Cafe on the Oval followed by hot coffees from Donut Fresh Express. Just before lunch a friend from the parish staff came over to give a special gift to Michelle.
Michelle is heading out for an ultrasound to complement her recent MRI. I wish it were the other common type of ultrasound.
Geek talk: Finally setup Spaces on my MacBook. (related link) I know. I'm probably the last Mac OSX Leopard guy to do so. But to be honest, I try not to have a hundred windows open. I've been exposed to virtual window managers since the early 90's but never really took to them. Perhaps now that Spaces gives you cool overviews and transitions. We'll see.
Back from a Step circuit class. Claire was going to come with, but had a last minute homework crisis. Eager for some dinner...
Man! Kanye West ruins everyone's fun. (related link) Leave well enough alone, will ya'?!
Singing "Happy Birthday" to Claire and about to enjoy a Carvel "Snickers" ice cream cake.
