A belated good morning! The first few hours were busy but with Claire and Abby's excellent help, we got everyone off to school as usual. Michelle called and soon I'll be driving into Nashua to bring her home.
What a lazy bum I am. My favorite blue jeans are getting a hole at the knees. Hating shopping, I just ordered two more of the same size/brand from Amazon. Competitive price, free shipping... no brainer. Sorry malls.
Hi all! It's been a busy afternoon. I brought Michelle home at roughly the same time the kids were coming home from school. So we're back to the joyful chaos as usual for a few hours.
I'm so grateful that the friend who is helping us today used to work at the Milford elementary schools. She is so able to patiently help the boys with their homework. Giving Daniel difficulty today: telling time in rough quantities, ie. "quarter to this" "half past that" etc.
I never told the story of Michelle's sleep last night. Because of her fitness, her low resting heart rate kept triggering an alarm on her monitors. Between the fine attendants checking in on her and the beeps of the alarms, she didn't get a good night of sleep at the hospital. Hopefully tonight she can catch up.
Ah, quiet in the house! I am exhausted. Good night all!
