Good morning all! It's 6:45 here and still seems so dark considering we're on the eastern edge of the time zone. When does that daylight savings time kick in again? Oh, November 1st. Wow! Still a week away...
Watched last week's MythBusters. One of their two experiments was whether a car dimpled like a golf ball would get better mileage. They suspected it was a myth, but surprisingly they showed an 11% improvement in mileage at steady speeds. But no, I won't be taking a hammer to my Jetta anytime soon. Our boys already did that to our Odyssey a few years ago. :-P.
Trying out Twitter's new "Lists" functionality (in limited beta). It's similar to Facebook's friend filters. I'm glad Twitter's Lists are not fully rolled out because I'm finding it buggy so far.
I'd heard of RINO (Republican In Name Only). I'd not heard of DIABLO (Democrat In All But Label Only).
Since my folks were able to watch the younger kids, Michelle, Claire, and I went to Golds for their Saturday morning Step & abs class.
Went with my dad to the Saturday evening Mass.
Sometimes it's nice having a high throughput tankless water heater. Like tonight when Michelle gave Timothy a bath while I gave the twins theirs. [Nerdy] Parallel processing... it's not just for graphics engines.
