Good morning! Enough dawdling! I need to get in gear, get the girls to school, and head down to the Concord, MA office. But me wants more sleep! ;-).
Gloomy, misty commute down to Concord. After praying the Sorrowful Mysteries, listened to "Ghosts of the Ostfront II" (related link) It's amazing listening to just how fierce the fighting between the Germans and the Russians was in WW2. Just brutal.
Back from lunch with my office coworkers at (related link) in Maynard, MA. Unlike the Korean food we had last week, I never leave that place hungry.
Today has been dominated by meetings and more meetings. Alas, they are done and I can think about these five days off. Time to head from Concord, MA to Milford, NA in nighttime darkness. Oh joy! Unlit back roads... what could go wrong?!
Listened to the rest of "Ghosts of the Ostfront II" (related link) and then switched over to more of "Cryptonomicon" for the rest of the trip. The homeward commute always seems to tire me. Perhaps it's all the stop 'n go traffic trying to get onto Route 2 leaving Concord. Perhaps it's a Melatonin type response to it be so dark outside...
Reading about Herceptin and learning a bit about monoclonal antibodies. (related link) "I'm an engineer, damn it, not a doctor!"
