Good morning! Have your stuffed stomachs come back to normal yet? Ready for some breakfast? We're avoiding going to the malls and stores for black Friday. Instead we'll be going to the Y. Michelle will teach her Hi-Lo class, I'll take the kids swimming.
Have fun swimming with the kids while Michelle taught her Hi-Lo class. Afterwards took 'em all out for lunch at Wendy's. On the way home stopped at (related link) so that Michelle and I could buy some foo-foo caffeine. Now just doing a bit of cleaning up before our guests arrive.
Watching "Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" with the kids. Classic.
Great visit with some long time friends. Their daughters are sleeping over here to have fun with our girls. I predict a couple more hours of giggling. I'm looking over some movie trailers with Michelle before we head to bed. (The Lovely Bones, Sherlock Holmes, Letters to Juliet) Looks like some good movies are ahead in the near future. Good night all...

"Lost Gospels or False Gospels?" DVD | From Ignatius Press
Comment: Finally made it through this short DVD this morning. With Fr. Pacwa and other noted scripture scholars, it critically discusses things like the late arriving "Gospel of Thomas" and "Gospel of Judas" and other Gnostic writings.
Excerpt: Recent media stories and certain best-selling books have alerted the public to alternative writings about Jesus, leading many people—including many believers—to wonder why we should consider only the four New Testament gospels as “gospel truth.”
Why Google Wave Sucks, And Why You Will Use It Anyway
Comment: BTW, I have some invites I can give out for Google Wave, if you're really interested...
Excerpt: Among those who’ve tried it, some criticize it, some praise it. For now it has a lot of usability problems that are described below. Yes, you should look at Google Wave. But there is no need to desperately long for an invitation yet.
