Good morning! Our five day weekend is officially over. Time for me to stop watching "Red Eye" and get moving. All the kids to school, Michelle off to teach Step, working from home.
Question: with so many folks having broadband at home, is today really "Cyber Monday"? Do we really need to leach Internet from work during our lunch break anymore? Heck, I have better Internet bandwidth at home than I do when I'm at the Concord office.
Kids at school, Michelle at the Merrimack YMCA, I'm home VPN'd into the office. That five days of vacation is history...
The UPS guy just stopped by. I've never received a box from (related link) before, but six months worth of photos and a set of Christmas card photo inserts will tend to do that!
Political twist on iPhone ads: "If you need... there's a czar for that..."
Back from a good Step class. I really pushed myself tonight. I offered up (in the Catholic sense) the physical struggle for: a) my mom's hospital visit today b) my aunt Judy Olsen's surgery tomorrow and c) my wife's visit on Wednesday (another chemo infusion). I pray all goes well on all three fronts.
Watched the first half of the 1979 "Star Trek the Motion Picture" with Michelle. Part of the reason was to remind Michelle (an old Trekkie) about one of the prettiest bald women in motion picture science fiction, the Deltan navigator named Ilia. (related link) Good night all!
