A belated good morning! I dropped the kids off at their schools. Michelle is off teaching her floor aerobics class in Merrimack. I'm about to savor a slice of marble pound cake, a mug of hot coffee, and get busy with work.
Back from a date lunch and coffee run with Michelle. Feeling like taking my laptop down near the wood stove and enjoying its warmth, but I'll be good and continue working at the desk.
Yay! Done for the week. Weekly status submitted & spoke with my boss. Time to call it quits! Claire is at a birthday party. Michelle is doing 1st Communion prep with Daniel. And the other kids are just bein' goofy. I'm ready to join that chaos. ☺.
I thought the movie "Inkheart" was so-so. It wasn't what I'd expected. I had the impression it would be a bit like Adam Sandler's "Bedtime Stories", but it was too boring for our boys. I also spent some time reading this forum discussion, "Why do you feel socialism is bad?" (related link)
Wrote a Perl script I'd been planning for the past few days. It finds all updated local drive web pages and uploads them (via FTP) up to the site using ncftpbatch. It is much faster than how I was synchronizing the two. Good night all! Enjoy your weekend!

India forms new climate change body
Comment: Considering the United Nations IPCC is headed by an *Indian* scientist, this is a rather big bomb shell.
Excerpt: The Indian government has established its own body to monitor the effects of global warming because it “cannot rely” on the United Nations’ Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the group headed by its own Nobel prize-winning scientist Dr R.K Pachauri.
