Short Updates
Good morning! I decided to try an episode of the Ben Heck show while enjoying breakfast. Ben is a tinkerer who likes to tweak gadgets in new ways. For example he's been working on making an Xbox360 laptop. In the linked episode he works on making a typical laptop ready for usage in a coach airplane seat.
Claire and I are just back from Golds Gym. We took the muscle toning class and the Step class afterwards. It is a beautiful late autumn day -- sunny, approaching 60°F. The kids are all playing outside soaking up some sun.
Michelle made burgers & hot dogs on the wood grill for lunch. Afterwards we did seasonal engine prep. We siphoned gas from the tractor & lawn mower and then ran them out of gas. We changed the oil on the tractor and the snow blower. I fueled up the snow blower. Tomorrow the walk behind lawn mower gets an oil change -- by tilting it sideways! No drain plug! How lame!

Enjoyed our dinner. Now we're finally going to watch "It's a Meaningful Life" with the VeggieTales.
Because I'm such a fan of Jimmy Stewart's "It's a Wonderful Life", I really got a kick out of the Veggietales version. At the girls' request I also pre-ordered "Eclipse", which is released on DVD in a few more weeks.
