Good morning! Did some minor mods to the site's font for body text to see if it makes things easier to read. About to burn a CD of Saint Francis de Sales' "Introduction to the Devout Life". Time to get ready for work.
Dropped the girls off at school and head to the office. Listened to the closing words of "Interior Castle" and then put in the new audio book. During the last half of my commute I caught up with my dad on life back in Michigan. Now back to email triage and debug.
From @merlyn: In honor of Carol Alt turning 50 today, I'm going to press my option key repeatedly throughout the day.
Productive day at work but awful drive home in solid rain. Nevertheless enjoyed my audio book. St. Francis de Sales is much easier to read than St. Teresa of Ávila. The former was writing to ordinary lay people but the latter was writing to her fellow nuns.
Wow! Supercells. Just wow! That is all!
Back home from tonight's RCIA. Someone mentioned visiting the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette in Attleboro, MA. In particular their Christmas displays are supposed to be impressive. I'll bounce the idea off of Michelle.
Installed the official Google Reader Android app. Actually using Google Reader via Android's (or iPhone's) mobile browser is already pretty sweet. I'm a bit skeptical whether a dedicated app will be that much better.
