Short Updates
Good morning! Before I get up I'm skimming The 57 Lamest Tech Moments of 2010. I remember several but #15 -- McAfee security software misidentifies a core Windows XP component as malware and deletes it, causing PCs to reboot over and over and over -- was one I remember causing some serious havoc within Qualcomm on that day.
Dropped the girls off at their schools. Abby will be going over to Milford Elementary this morning to perform with the middle school jazz band for the elementary students. She thinks it'll be a bit weird seeing her brothers in the audience. I had a smooth drive down to Boxborough, 56mpg, while listening to yesterday's TNT #142 along the way.
Back from our group holiday lunch at Papa Razzi. Ugh! What a meal. It's hard to picture having dinner when one feels this stuffed.
My new mondo-core Win7 workstation arrived. I know what I'll be doing when I start work tomorrow, but for now I'm continuing my test debug.
Thinking perhaps this year we might do a bit of Christmas Eve on the Milford Oval
Left the office but had to brush the snow off the car before heading out, a first for the season. Took it slow and had a smooth drive home.
After putting the boys down to bed, I pulled out my work laptop to do some more debug and enhancements to a cool test I started earlier this afternoon. I'm happy with how it turned out and am calling it a night. Good night all!
