Good morning and welcome to Christmas Eve! Slept in 'til 7. Michelle made everyone eggs, pancakes, and sausage for breakfast. I folded laundry while we all watched Disney's Christmas Carol. I enjoyed it although it is a bit intense at times. I don't recommend it for young children. The rendering was awesome, especially the lighting models!
I took the family swimming at the Merrimack YMCA, for lunch at the Grand Buffet in Nashua, and now we're waiting for Tangled to start at the Merrimack Cinemagic.
While waiting for the movie, I saw a trailer for a Bieber movie. I think I just threw up a little.
We really enjoyed "Tangled". Disney's John Lasseter has a real knack for CGI/Animated films. And I loved the rendering in it. One of my recent IEEE journals had an article about the advanced rendering techniques used, especially with regard to Rapunzel's hair. On the way home we stopped at A&E Roastery because it will be a somewhat late night for Michelle and I. I'm just sayin'...
Michelle and I just about lost it. A tv news story discussed the fact that gas prices have been going up but attributed it partially to a recovering economy. Funny, years ago when we had rising gas prices, we never heard it spun like that. No, it was all Bush and greedy Big Oilâ„¢.
Laughing with Abby and Michelle at the iCarly fake commercial for The Sack, their parody knockoff of The Snuggie.
There's been a sudden explosion in our living room... see below.
