Happy 70th birthday to Hayao Miyazaki today, co-founder of Studio Ghibli & director of so many magical films! Many my children have loved.
A belated good morning! I got the girls dropped off at their schools and head into Boxborough. I've had a CD from Lighthouse Catholic Media for a few weeks that I finally listened to today. It was in the queue for when I finished my audio book. It had excerpts from the new book Light of the World which is an extended interview with Pope Benedict XVI. I hope Audible.com offers the whole thing soon. Busy day ahead as I do more testing and debugging.
Qualcomm to Buy Atheros for $3.1 Billion [I guess Qualcomm had to do something with that money from the sale of FloTV spectrum to ATT! ;-p ]

Went with a couple of my ol' friends from AMD for lunch at Il Forno. I'm feelin' pasta overload now...

Just by happenstance found out that fellow geek Kim Komando was born the day after me.
Two good tests written. Now to debug another failing one... Hopefully before close of business.
Went straight from work over to St. Patricks for RCIA. En route I offered up a Luminous Mysteries for my mom's health and then got a call from dad with the latest news. It looks like she'll be at the hospital most of this week with testing. After RCIA I stopped by Subway to bring home a late dinner. After catching up with news from Michelle and Claire, I watched an episode of Hak5 while Claire finished her homework. Then I set her up to watch the new episode of Pretty Little Liars from Monday. Good night all!
