Good morning! Today is my <<mumble, mumble>> birthday. I just took Claire to an orthodontist followup appointment. Michelle is still pretty wiped out from yesterday's treatment. My birthday wish is that this passes quickly and she gets back to feeling like herself soon. I'll be working from home today. It looks like it could be a nice day weather-wise.

Michelle is still feeling weak and fatigued, but not so weak that she won't drive to Milford's DFE for a mid-afternoon smoothie! Progress!
Thanks to Craig Cottingham for this awesome summary of my feelings towards email: Email Charter.
After my 5 o'clock conference call with San Diego, I wrapped it up for the day. Claire and I took the Muscle and Core class at Golds Gym. Michelle took the rest of the kids to the Milford High School track so that they could run some laps and she could do a little walking and get some fresh air.
While we were out at the gym, Abby baked some birthday brownies. As I was finishing up a late dinner, the kids sang Happy Birthday to me, about as off-key as they could, and we all enjoyed some brownies with ice cream. Ice cream choices: Moose Tracks or Mud Slide. Really, can you go wrong with either?
