Good morning. It's a bit of an overcast one and much cooler than yesterday. During today's commute temperatures were only ~65-70°. Since I was feeling a bit tin-foil-hat'ish, I listened to No Agenda #319 on the drive in. When I got in I found that the Linux compute servers were not properly automounting the network drive with my work area so had to coordinate with IT a bit so that they can look into it. Luckily most of my work is done on my local hard drive in VisualStudio, so it doesn't affect me too badly.
Michelle also had to head out early this morning to get a Neulasta shot, since her white blood cell count is on the low side. Luckily it's pretty fast, like a flu shot. Make that, the world's most expensive flu shot. It lists between $3K-7K per shot.
Purchased the audio book, Flatland, just before heading out from work. I left the office around 6:45 and listened to the first hour along the drive. I'm getting caught up on the family's trip to the movies today. They saw Mr. Popper's Penguins (the boys) and Monte Carlo (the girls). That sounds like a good thing to do on such a rainy day. Tim's happy because the RAM for his old laptop arrived today. I know what we're doing this weekend…
