Good morning! Still a testosterhome this morning. Poor Michelle! But the girls will be back around lunchtime today.
If physics classes included demonstrations of mechanics like this, more students wouldn't drop out.
I'm back from Golds Gym. I took the Muscle Mix class followed by the Step and Abs class. Needless to say my body has that slightly shaky feeling, but it feels good. Now Michelle, the boys, and I are rearranging the twins' bedroom, splitting their bunk beds into two side by side twin beds. Oh the dust bunnies we've found!
Drove up north, offering up a set of Luminous Mysteries along the way. Picked up Claire and Abby from their day at the Lakes Region. We stopped at the Black Forest Cafe on the way back to get some "Maple Creme Sodas". Now Claire, Michelle, and I are about to attack the lawn.
Michelle, Claire, and I are all through with the lawn work. Time to clean up and take the family for some dinner.
Dropped Claire off at Subway. Now having dinner with the family at Chili's.
This summarizes my feelings about the silly Mac versus PC debate.
I rested while waiting for Claire's closing time. Just as I was getting ready to head out to pick her up, she phoned to say a coworker would drop her off. Michelle had put the boys down to bed while I was snoring earlier. (I'm so taking after my father!) It's a warm night tonight. Not enough to kick in the A/C, but enough that everyone's dressed lightly and sleeping on top of the sheets with their bedroom fans on. Good night all!
Obama Gets a Blank Check for Endless War -- “Record numbers of U.S. troops are dying under Obama, but the anti-war movement is nowhere to be found.” and later “antiwar protests of the sort that drew hundreds of thousands of people during the George W. Bush administration now draw 20,000 at best.” Color me not surprised. In the early months we endured endless 'body count' news stories, especially as they eagerly awaited the magic number of 1000 dead. Now you'd barely think there were casualties in the middle east. It wasn't about being anti-war. It was about being anti-Bush.
