Lee Get Outta Here!
Good morning! Today is the feast of the Nativity of Mary (ie. 9 months after the feast of the Immaculate Conception). Happy Birthday Mary! I dropped the girls off at their schools, offered up a set of Glorious Mysteries that next weeks' radiation therapy goes well, and then caught up on family news with my dad.
I'm sad to say that the remnants of tropical storm Lee are still swirling overhead. Today is supposed to be the last of it and then we'll get some nice weather. While usually I go two weeks between mowing, I think after these three days of steady rain, I'm going to need to mow again this weekend. Sigh.
Michelle has a pretty easy day today. After she drops the boys off from school, she has to take Jingle to the vet for a regular appointment. But no fitness classes today for her. I have plenty of coding to work on today and a presentation to give this afternoon.

Reading up on Navelbine, aka Vinorelbine, the new chemotherapy drug my mom is switching to.
Went with a bunch of ol' AMD friends for a nice Italian lunch at Il Forno up in Acton.
Gave an hour long presentation at work this afternoon, using the slides I'd written yesterday. Left the office around 5 o'clock and head home. I only stepped in briefly because I needed to put together a gym bag, as I'd forgotten this morning. I took the Thursday evening Muscle Mix class.
I'm going to reheat a little dinner and then put the boys to bed. In about an hour I'll need to run out and pick up Claire from work. I hope working a shift this afternoon didn't collide too much with her school homework. I remember all too well trying to balance work and school during my USAF days.
