A Long Day

Good morning! I dropped the girls off at their schools. True to form, Abby walked in at the last possible minute. I listened to Security Now #344 on my commute down to Boxborough. I'm enjoying a Bagel Friday bagel while my laptop and tower both reboot for an installation of a bunch of urgent Microsoft security updates.
Analyst: Graphics war heating up in mobile You don't say? This just in: unemployment is high. In other news we have scans on the inside of the Apple A5X chip. The amount of the die allocated to graphics is huge. It's like a dedicated GPU chip with an apps processor on the side. Nintendo and Sony really had better watch out!

Best Free And Amazingly Functional Android Live Wallpapers. I had played with a few of the Live Wallpapers that came with my phone, but there are some really cool ones out there. Want to revisit this soon.
Decided to get a six month subscription to National Catholic Register. So many of my favorite writers are there and they were bought by EWTN early last year.
Over lunch got to talk with a peer who has done a lot with DD-WRT (which I was checking out last night). It made me all the more eager to tinker with it.
Finished up, wrote my weekly status, logged my hours, and left work around quarter to seven. Listened to a podcast on the rainy drive home. Eager to not think about rendering for a couple of days. Claire has another Subway evening shift.

Got the boys tucked in bed with their prayers. I'm tired but just waiting for Claire to call.
