Good morning! Kind of a vanilla Wednesday. I dropped the girls off at their schools. I listened to some of Patrick Madrid's show while in cellular limbo & caught up on news with my dad the rest of the way. He's in northern Florida today and will be traveling to Mobile, AL this morning. Depending on weather, he'll continue on towards home tomorrow.
Via linorulli: “Today is known as Spy Wednesday, because Judas went off to conspire against Jesus and betray Him. Also known as Jerk Wednesday.”
Archbishop Chaput: shutting down charitable services is ‘very much a possibility’. MA already shut down adoption services.
I've been at work long enough! Time to head north and see my awesome wife and kids.
Left work at about 6:45. Only upside then is the traffic is light at that hour. Since I was feeling a bit like listening to something off the wall, I listened to Sunday's No Agenda podcast along the drive.
When I got home I ate a quick dinner and then queued up Space Jam to watch with the boys. It is about the perfect show for 9 and 11 year old boys. They laughed so often and were really alert through the whole movie. Then I tucked 'em in bed with their prayers. Tomorrow starts Easter Triduum. Good night all!
“And while they were eating, he said,
‘Amen, I say to you, one of you will betray me.’ ” — Matthew 26
