Good morning! I dropped the girls off at their schools and stopped for a much needed haircut on the way back to the house. I'll be working from home today and tomorrow in order to make it easier to attend Easter Triduum evening services.
Went with Michelle to the 9:15 Step and Abs class. Now back to debug...
I know they joke about talking politics and religion, but how about a pun that mixes both? In honor of Holy Thursday: "Transubstantiation: Change we can believe in!"

Went with Michelle for lunch downtown at Cafe on the Oval and coffees from DFE afterwards. It's a brisk 44°F and windy out there today, but at least it's sunny.
I was busy with work yesterday but Michelle mentioned that a lawn crew came for spring cleanup yesterday. Re-mulched the beds, de-thatched and mowed the lawns. The kinds of things that would normally keep us busy for a good weekend. Glad we can just relax.
We also ordered next winter's wood pellets. They'll be delivered early in May. We also scheduled the annual cleanout of the wood stoves for late May.
One of the podcasts I listened to regularly, Buzz Outloud, went from a daily show to a weekly show several months ago. Sadly today is their last show. I guess I'll be getting more of my tech news fix from TWiT's Tech News Today podcast.
Michelle is a madman! Or I guess a madwoman?? Yesterday she bought 10 bags of white ornamental rock and re-did the beds along the front of our house. This afternoon while I was busy at work, she went and got another 10 bags to spread adjacent to the back side of our house.

Wrapped up for the day around 5:30. Over dinner I decided to watch the rest of last Sunday's episode of Once Upon a Time: Stable Boy.
Went to the 7pm Holy Thursday Mass of the Last Supper at our parish. Always a very moving service, especially the washing of the feet. I learned earlier today that in Jesus' time, it was considered so low a task that usually a Jewish master wouldn't have his slave do it if he was also Jewish. He would delegate it to his foreign slave or servant. And yet, Jesus, highly loved and esteemed by his apostles, still washed their feet. So deep was his message of Love and self giving.
When I got home Timothy had already accidentally fallen asleep but I helped him get changed and in bed. I tucked the twins in with their evening prayers. Time to get some sleep too. Good night all!
“If I, therefore, the master and teacher, have washed your feet,
you ought to wash one another's feet.
I have given you a model to follow,
so that as I have done for you, you should also do.” — John 13
