Good morning! It's a bit of a lazy one since we went to Mass last night. In a couple of hours Claire has her opening shift at Subway. Michelle's on her way to Market Basket to do some shopping as soon as they open. Tim and I narrowed down his netbook/laptop selection and ordered an HP. AMD/ATI powered, of course. Showing a little love to my ol' friends who work upstairs from me.
A Steve Jobs video from 1985: Blue Busters.
Michelle's back and just in time for Claire to give her her Mother's Day gift before I take her to work. Meanwhile back in River Grove Andrew is about to start his Confirmation Mass.
Took it easy after breakfast that we had at the Milford Donut Fresh Express. I folded some laundry. Abby helped get Michelle more established on Facebook. I also watched last night's episode of iCarly. I got a kick out of how it made a parody of the Apple Store as Fred got a job at "the Pear Store".
At Keyes Park with Michelle and the kids. Picked up Claire from Subway. She wanted to go back to the house and dig into her homework.
Funny how when I pull out my bag of caramel bullseyes, my kids flock to me and whip out their puppy dog eyes with anticipation.
Michelle made a great springtime dinner: burgers and hot dogs on the wood grill.
Michelle and I had a pretty relaxed evening. After the stress of the past month, perhaps it was nice to take it easy. I cleaned up dinner while Michelle talked with her dad. Later we watched a few new Disney sitcoms. We prayed with the boys and sent them to their beds. Good night all! I'm going to watch tonight's Once Upon A Time with Michelle and we'll get some rest.
“I have told you this so that my joy may be in you
and your joy might be complete.
This is my commandment: love one another as I love you.
No one has greater love than this,
to lay down one's life for one's friends.” — John 15
