Good morning! It looks like it won't be nearly as muggy and uncomfortable as yesterday. Claire has to work and we're thinking of seeing "MIB 3" after we have our usual Sunday morning Donut Fresh Express breakfast. It's a lazy Sunday morning since we went to Mass last night.
Claire biked to Subway. We had breakfast at DFE. When we got back, Michelle asked me to test the sprinklers. Turns out the lawn crew had manually shut off their water supply and forgot to reset it.
This morning I introduced Timothy to the usage of RSS. Since his laptop came with Akregator, we started with that and added a few of his favorite web sites.
New Hampshire House Passes Three Pro-Life Bills on Abortion.
Ordered Timothy the book Bridge to America after checking that our local bookstore didn't already carry it.
About to see Men in Black 3 with the kids. Even though it's opening weekend, the theater is empty. Must be a combination of the nice weather and the four screens they're showing it on...
Back from seeing MIB³. While some have panned it as mediocre, Michelle and I were rather touched by how it ended. It had a surprising twist. We stopped at McD's on the way home for more dollar smoothies and frappes.
We hung out in the front yard for a spell when we got home. Man! The heavy pollen outside! It happens every year about this time. The driveway gets covered in yellow dust and when the breeze kicks up, you can see swirls of the dust in the air. I've been keeping my car in the garage.
Another amazing story of a scientific discovery by a sixteen year old. While not involved in detecting cancer like that recent one I posted, still impressive.
Went with Michelle and the younger kids to her friend Tammy's house for dinner. Abby is going to stay there overnight tonight. Claire has been spending the evening with her friend Shauna. My nose is burning with that "I've got to sneeze" feeling every few minutes.
Ah, no wonder I'm sneezing... (Twitter photo link)
That does it. Sinus saline rinse time. I don't care if it's a mild form of self induced waterboarding. Got to get that pollen outta there!
Got the boys tucked in bed with their prayers. Hoping my sneezing doesn't keep me awake tonight. Good night all!
