Good morning! After a weekend of weather wackiness, it seems that today will be nice. Of course! Now that I'm at the office! Had a smooth drive down listening to This Week in Tech #366 along the way. Michelle is teaching her Step class at the Y this morning. Hopefully our girls will be able to enjoy it with her.
The cafeteria across the way had gyros as one of their specials of the day. Monday just got a bit better... Of course, not as good as Chicago gyros, but better than my usual salad bar lunch. Meanwhile back in Nashua Michelle bought the kids Five Guys burgers. I think they got the better offer.
Left work a bit early. Caught a couple of podcast segments and caught up on news with my dad along the commute. Went straight to Golds Gym to try tonight's new R.I.P.P.E.D. class. Can't say that I was a big fan. And with the impact, I'm not sure how women do it unless they're flat chested and haven't had a few children. And can I just say for the record, I hate burpees (aka squat thrusts). I didn't mind them so much in grade school gym class, but in your mid-40's, they are much, much more annoying.
Forgot to mention earlier today I contributed to App.net. I just wanted to support the idea of a social network (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.) where you're the customer, not the product. Will it really go anywhere? I don't know, but I can hope.
"Or you could log out of Facebook and use your phone like a phone!" See the whole comic…
I was pretty wiped out after dinner, but knew I still had to pick up Claire from work tonight. After making sure my ringer volume was loud, I crashed on the couch for a nap. Michelle put the boys to bed. Around 9 o'clock I watched a lil' Red Eye until Claire called.
In encouraging news I heard that today Claire was having more driving practice with Michelle in the van when she mentioned that driving the van is kind of boring compared to driving a stick shift. "You just sort of aim and everything just happens..." There is hope yet that she'll be a manual transmission girl! ;-] Abby has her girlfriend Cloe sleeping over tonight, so I imagine the three girls will be giggling for the next hour or two. Good night all!

‘The Son of Man is to be handed over to men,
and they will kill him, and he will be raised on the third day.’ ” — Matthew 17
