Good morning! I dropped the kids off at their schools and joined Michelle & Timothy at morning Mass. I'm working from home today. It'll be a nice break from commuting after the past two long days.
In traditional Catholic celebrations today we honor The Most Holy Name of Mary. "Men do not fear a powerful hostile army as the powers of hell fear the name and protection of Mary." — St. Bonaventure
After dropping Timothy off at school, Michelle went to catch up with her girlfriend Tammy up in New Boston. When she got back I took her for lunch at Cafe on the Oval and for coffee from DFE.
I finished up work around 5:15. Claire and I just finished a Step class at Golds. I need to bring her home before I head to RCIA.
Had a good session at RCIA. Our pastor was there at the opening to say a few words, especially welcoming the new candidates. Afterwards I stopped by Subway to pick up dinner. I didn't think anything would still be available on the stove at this late hour. I bought a foot long sub because when I get home I usually have people offering to “help” me eat it. «grin»
Got the boys tucked in bed with their prayers. We still have an unopened printer. At this rate who knows when I'll get around to setup and configuration. Good night all!
“Blessed are you when people hate you,
and when they exclude and insult you,
and denounce your name as evil
on account of the Son of Man.
Rejoice and leap for joy on that day!
Behold, your reward will be great in heaven.” — Luke 6
