Good morning! Michelle and I dropped off the older four at their schools and then went to Mass. Since Michelle has an oncology appointment late this afternoon, I'm working from home today. Michelle is now taking Timothy to school.
I just got an email from Apple. It's here! The iPhone 5 is here! Let me go join in the lines!
First Michelle had to return to the high school because Abby forgot her English folder. Now she's going back again because Abby forgot her gym shoes. We're really going to have to work on getting her up earlier. She's rushing too much heading out in the morning. She was the last one in the van and eating her breakfast on the drive.
Since Michelle had missed breakfast, I took her out for an early lunch at Cafe on the Oval. I stopped by DD for a pumpkin coffee. Nice weather out there today: sunny and 63°F. Back to test writing for now...
Three words: Redneck Batman trike. No further comment.
A couple of hours ago Michelle head to Nashua. Claire and the twins arrived from school. I took Claire to work and Timothy came home. Shortly thereafter Abby was done with band and called for a lift home. Now Michelle just called that she wrapped up at Oncology. I'm glad there weren't a lot of delays at the clinic this afternoon.
Discussed the appointment with Michelle. Her oncologist is happy with the test results and with how the medicine is being tolerated. So for the next six weeks we'll stay on protocol. Call Michelle if you want more details.
Had a quick dinner and then a bit more testing. Wrapping up now for the weekend. Looking forward to not thinking about graphics for the weekend. Exercise, play with the kids, read, pray, study, tinker…
Took a nap around 8 o'clock because I couldn't keep my eyes open while the kids watched Disney comedies. I was happy that Claire called shortly after 9 to be picked up from work. Good night all!
“The Pharisees saw this and said to his disciples,
‘Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?’
He heard this and said,
‘Those who are well do not need a physician, but the sick do.’ ” — Matthew 9
