Good morning! For a while I was really feeling like I should be grateful my head is securely attached. My mind was just not firing on all cylinders. Early on I put something down and minutes later couldn't remember where. I even poured orange juice on my Cheerios this morning.
Had a smooth drive into the office. No major traffic jams, school bus delays, or hidden police. It was my first commute with my current phone in the new car dash mount. It made listening to podcasts and following GPS navigation so much more convenient.
I hear there was car tipping and looting in Baltimore last night. Are we sure it wasn't just in response to some “offensive” YouTube video?
This day in 2004 TheFacebook.com launched, thus stimulating the cameraphone market so that we could all share pics of our lunches. ;-p

In between simulations I upgraded my Kindle Fire from CM10 to CM10.1 (aka JellyBean 4.2). It was also my 1st time using Titanium Backup to restore my apps as a did a clean "wipe the RAM completely" installation, rather than an incremental upgrade.
Walked over to the cafeteria to pick up a salad. In theory it's 27°F but somehow it feels colder today. Perhaps it's the lack of sunshine. It's just gloomy and grey outside. While snacking on my salad I started my prep for Wednesday's RCIA class.

Finally wrapping up for tonight...
Since I left so late, I decided to take the highways home, listening to This Week in Tech #391. When I got home I caught up on news with Michelle over dinner, especially her sister's new house. Now it's time to do more RCIA prep.

After studying I relaxed with an episode of BBC's IT Crowd: ‘Aunt Irma Visits’ (Season 1, Episode 6). Claire joined me and we both were laughing at the show.
“As he was getting into the boat,
the man who had been possessed pleaded to remain with him.
But Jesus would not permit him but told him instead,
‘Go home to your family and announce to them
all that the Lord in his pity has done for you.’
Then the man went off and began to proclaim in the Decapolis
what Jesus had done for him; and all were amazed.” — Mark 5
