Being I have only been in school for four weeks, I find it amazing that I am expected to re-sign my lease by the 12th. How is anyone supposed to know what their plans are for next year at this point in time. My 2 roomates right now are undergrads and won't be here next year. You would think I would have plenty of time to figure this out, or atleast I should. Three other girls in my program, all of us ISU undergrads, are talking about living together next year. The thing is, as you start to get past undergrad, the thought of living next door to Juniors and Seniors gets very unappealing. But, if you want to live farther off campus where it is nicer and more quiet, you are looking at a higher price. I'm trying to push for us to stay where I am at now. The bigger townhomes in my area have an upstairs and a basement, as well as a balcony and patio. Plus, I love the luxury of having a yard. Enough babbling about this.
On Thursday and Friday night I went to bed early. I just didn't feel like staying out late in order to waste away the next day sleeping or 'recovering'. I love getting up early (oh gosh was that Dad talking?). Saturday afternoon, I went to the park to do a bit of reading. That night, Seth and I and some friends went to The Tree House Lounge, a comedy club in Bloomington. I didn't even know we had one. It was only $6 to get in and we all had a really enjoyable time. Thats whats nice about Bloomington, it's like a mini Chicago. Everything is a lot closer and a lot cheaper.
This week will be a little more stressful. I have a test next week and some essays to write. It will be nice, however, since my work schedule has changed and I only work until 3:30. Otherwise, nothing else :)
Suzy, Glad to hear you like getting up early. Next time you are home I will make sure to wake you up for 7:30 Mass!!! Yesterday, Tom & Alyssa were there at 7:30 with all five kids - quite an accomplishment. They probably had to get up at 5:00AM to get everyone ready!
Keep up the good work at school and good luck on the upcoming exams. Let me know when your medication arrives. Take care.

I can appreciate how hard it is for Alyssa and Tom to get their five kids to 7:30AM Mass. Michelle and I usually bring our five kids to 8AM Mass in Nashua -- a half hour away from our house. There's no sleeping in on Sundays! But if we go to the later 10:30AM Mass, then before you know it the boys are falling asleep on the drive home and ruining their afternoon naps!
