The kids have off today for Columbus Day. I'm working from home. Michelle has a Step class to teach in Merrimack. 6:43am

Michelle is excited because her best friend went into the hospital early this morning because her water broke. Now we just wait... 11:09am

Claire & I ran to Haywards ice cream stand to take advantage of their end of year closeout sale and buy a few quarts for the family. 5:34pm

It's a boy! Michelle's friend had a boy: Ryan! Michelle's laughing with her on the phone now. 5:44pm

Do you ever get the feeling that one day you're going to see your child's foot pop through the ceiling above you? 6:57pm

Hi Lyss,

By that I mean that sometimes when the boys are playing upstairs in their room, the pounding of their feet is so loud (thump, thump, thump) that Michelle and I (relaxing on the first floor) think that we're going to see a foot pop through the ceiling above us. If you don't have that, congratulations. You have (a) angelic sons light on their feet or (b) a house with a great solid structure. I'm guessing the latter. ;-)
