Good morning! As I quickly triaged my personal email before getting ready for work, I was amazed at how much of it was just some company following up because I'd used a service of theirs, perhaps just once. This comic summarizes it beautifully.
Dropped the girls off at their schools and had a smooth drive (54mpg) down to Boxborough. Wasn't feeling like listening to anything in particular this morning so just enjoyed Sirius/XM's Laugh USA channel. Now enjoying Friday "bagel day" while catching up on email.
Went with two former co-workers from AMD for lunch at Not Your Average Joes. With a name like that, you would think it implies above average. But sometimes... meh.

Smooth drive home listening to podcasts. Always happy to return to a place where people would never use the word "interpolation" in ordinary life. And if there's any "blending" going on, it's usually food, not pixel colors.
Watched “Iron Man 2” with Claire. Not that the movie didn't require major suspension of disbelief, but seeing skinny little Scarlett Johansson kick so much butt was a bit difficult for me.
