Short Updates

Posted by Scott at 10:17 PM

Good morning people! I'll be working from home today. The repair center assures me that my car, after many delays, will be ready today. It's last bits o' paint and clear coat dried over the weekend. Today is final assembly and possibly an alignment. Then I turn in my Dodge Avenger rental and get Ruby back. 6:27am

Dropped off the kids at their schools. On the way back heard Larry Groce's "Junk Food Junkie". I hadn't heard that in years! I'd forgotten how funny it was. Michelle is in Merrimack teaching her Step and abs class. 9:13am

Meet and Hear George Weigel at St. Patricks in Nashua St. Kathryn in Hudson. George was the author of "Witness to Hope" and will give a talk and promoting his newest JP2 book "The End and the Beginning". 10:03am

WSJ: Facebook in Privacy Breach. Top-Ranked Applications Transmit Personal IDs. Farmville, Mafia Wars, Causes etc 11:49am

Oh Ruby. I missed you. Your quirky exhaust note, low end torque, 5 speed, nimble handling. Welcome back home! 3:27pm

Re: Today's Apple stock. I always find it odd that the market punishes you when you make great products, but just not quite fast enough. The Street wanted 4-5m iPad sales, it sold 4.1million. Geez people! 4.1 MILLION iPads. A Record! "But we wanted 5" Cry me a river. 5:00pm

Back from a good Step circuit class at Golds. Now to snarf down a quick dinner, order the girls airline tickets to Indianapolis, and head to an Opus Dei Circle. 7:00pm

The girls' Christmas present... Done! 7:22pm

Back home from the Opus Dei Circle. Watched Jennifer Grey dance her number on Dancing w/the Stars, but now am calling it a night... 10:16pm

Snapshots I took today:
