Good morning and welcome to Friday! Up here we're supposed to have sunny skies and a milder day. Highs: 50-60°F w/ light winds. I'll take it! For now though it's only 33°F. I can hear Michelle firing up the wood stove to take off the morning chill.
Left the office a bit on the late side. During the commute I listened to today's readings and homily via EWTN first, then listened to "Interior Castle" the rest of the way. It's a great book, but at times perhaps a bit over my head as such an amateur in prayer. Now very ready to not think much about graphics for a couple of days.
I don't know how, but the VeggieTales movie I queued up this morning did not download to the main TiVo in our house. Luckily when I logged into Amazon to check, it again presented me with the menu for where to send it. Unfortunately it won't be done tonight before the boys go to bed. Perhaps we'll watch it when we get up.
Got the boys tucked into bed with their prayers and then relaxed for a bit with a hot chocolate and an episode of Tekzilla. Now I going to try my hand again at running Ubuntu desktop in an Amazon EC2 instance.
