Good morning! I dropped the girls off at their schools. They are excited that they finish up in a week. I had a smooth trip into Boxborough listening to This Week in Google #99 along the way. Now enjoying my Bagel Day bagel and juice while triaging the overnight emails...
People belittle "Web Apps" as not being as intuitive and useful as dedicated standalone apps. I have to say though that using the Microsoft Outlook Web App often seems easier than using Outlook. Pop up menus, drag and drop, it's all there in a nice AJAX'y interface. I used my tower and Chrome with the Outlook web app to go through my email while my laptop was busy doing a fresh compile and test of the latest code drop. The cooling fans on my laptop are really cranking at the moment. I think the laptop might levitate soon.
